He leads the firm’s employment law practice, which handles employment, trade secrets, and employee mobility litigation, as well as advice and counseling on behalf of employees and employers. John-Paul has significant experience representing C-level and VP-level executives, and healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, in negotiating their employment agreements and exit packages, and advising them on their rights and duties in investigations and employment-related disciplinary actions.
