Alexander Eisner is a trial attorney who serves as the head of the litigation department at Shawn Steel Law Firm. He focuses on Personal Injury cases and provides legal services to communities across California. He handles various cases, including wrongful termination, contract disputes, and business litigation at both district and federal levels.
Before joining Shawn Steel Law Firm, Eisner was a litigator at Hitzke & Ferran, LLP, where he led the litigation department from 2015 to 2017. Before that, he honed his skills in medical malpractice defense at Bonne, Bridges, Muller, O'Keefe, and Nichols. Eisner served as a Program Analyst for the US Department of State from 2008 to 2011 and later as a Certified Law Clerk for the LA District Attorney's Office for the Sex Crimes Division, Major Crimes, and Preliminary Hearings unit.
During this time, he played a key role in two trials that resulted in convictions and presided over three preliminary hearings. He was admitted to the California Bar in December 2014. He is licensed to practice in all California Courts and the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California. Eisner is a proud member of the Orange County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
