Who we are

This website is operated by Praetorian Public Relations ("Praetorian PR", "we", "us"), a communications firm with offices in Sacramento, Scottsdale, and Washington D.C. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to Matt@PraetorianPR.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Careers application: your name, email address, and any optional details you include — phone number, city, position of interest, education, earliest start date, social profile links, a personal note, and an uploaded resume.
• Media inquiry form: your name, outlet, email address, deadline, and message.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or meet your deadline — the purpose you sent it for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How submissions are processed

Forms on this site are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts the site. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and copies are emailed to Praetorian PR staff so we can respond. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy commitments.

Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from people rather than automated software. reCAPTCHA collects device and interaction information for that purpose, and its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run visitor tracking. If you adjust the accessibility toolbar (text size, contrast, and similar display settings), your choices are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they persist between visits; that information never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed for the purpose you sent them — an active conversation, an open role, a pending inquiry — and for reasonable business record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing Matt@PraetorianPR.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests consistent with those laws.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted here.
